Picture1November is a good month for chili and the Saint Croix Parish Seekers invite you to a chili cook-off!   On Saturday November 7th at Central UMC in Grantsburg, we are inviting everyone with a great chili recipe to bring a batch (at least a gallon) to share and be part of a friendly competition to see who makes the best chili! There will be an entry fee of $10.00 for each person who enters a chili to be judged and, for those who want to take part in the tasting, we will ask a free will offering. There will be prizes for the winning chili recipes! Registration forms will be available by mid-October at all four churches, and will be distributed in the November newsletter. We ask that you register yourself and your chili by Friday, Nov. 6th so that we can make sure we have a place for you.
